Today we did not get up at the crack of dawn. We decided that especially this week it is really important for us to get enough sleep. This is our last full week before pre-season starts! We are still working out late this afternoon/evening.
For breakfast this morning we went with our usual favorites: cereal and greek yogurt. Jess had the Cinnamon Harvest from Kashi whole-wheat shredded biscuits with almond milk, while Less had plain non-fat greek yogurt with nuts and dried cranberries.
Jess is working a soccer camp today and Less is off to work!
