Great minds think alike

Good Morning!

Although we are not together, we both thought to include some form of bread in our breakfasts. Jess woke up this morning and made herself a yogurt bowl that included greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, a banana and a slice of zucchini bread. She decided to sleep in today, so she’ll probably workout this afternoon. Less on the other hand had a great workout this morning.

Workout

2x 5-10-15-20-25 in 35sec with a 25sec rest

200yrd shuttle with 40sec rest

6-18-60

Then you rest for 3 minutes and repeat the above set 3 times.

After her workout she decided to enjoy a bowl of oatmeal topped with a little bit of muffin (bit of bread!), flax seeds, brown sugar, banana, and cinnamon. Cantaloupe on the side!
