Since Jess and I were both working the evening camp session we ate dinner around 5 pm which is a lot earlier than usual. We ate in Annenberg and each got salads from the salad bar. My salad was topped with tomatoes, corn, chickpeas, baby carrots, black pepper, and a cut up grilled chicken. Jessie’s salad had tofu, tomatoes, chickpeas, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, and Lima beans. She also ate some greens and yogurt with honey on the side. Both of us really wanted balsamic vinegar as our salad dressing but the dining hall was out! How unfortunate. So instead I dressed with salad with white vinegar and Jess topped it with Thai peanut dressing.
